We take the time to build relationships with your field team to help everyone understand why safety is worth it. Our upbeat attitude and mentor/coaching-based style helps us engage contractors and staff to ensure they practice due diligence and have fun in the process.

Whatever your requirements, we help you meet government regulations and practice proper due diligence in the field. Work with Aegis and we’ll:

• Assist crew management in implementation of safe work practices and procedures for all aspects of the job.
• Work with contractors and staff to ensure they understand and follow safe work protocol.
• Conduct hazard assessments, equipment inspections and procedural observations.
•  Fill out the forms, track safety statistics and complete other safety reporting requirements.
• Suggest and implement program improvements and prior recommendations.
• Provide practical and up-to-date advice on safety issues.
• Be the single point of contact to monitor safety programs, coach employees/contractors and advise management.
• Support and assist you with safety meetings, safety drills, education sessions and worksite inspections. 
• Orientate and brief new crew members/visitors on safety awareness and expected safety responsibilities.
